Here's What's Next
Standard curbside residential delivery with lift gate service is available in the lower 48 states. A scheduled delivery appointment and adult signature are required. Standard delivery does not include Special Delivery Services. Some restrictions may apply—contact us for details on upgraded delivery options.
Tracking & Scheduling
Once your goal leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number the same day. The freight carrier will then call you directly to schedule your curbside delivery. Every shipment includes lift gate service for safe unloading.
Clear the Lane
Prepare your delivery space. Ryval basketball systems are built big, strong, and serious—which means they arrive big, too. Shipments come on large freight pallets, so we recommend clearing a space ahead of time to ensure a smooth delivery. Residential orders are curbside delivery, so make sure there’s enough room at the end of your driveway or curb for safe drop-off.
Delivery Day!
Your Ryval basketball system ships on a secure freight pallet and may arrive in multiple boxes. When your delivery arrives, simply check that all packages are accounted for. Minor wear to the outer packaging—such as small dents or tears—is normal during transit and does not affect performance.
Every Ryval shipment is fully insured for freight damage, and our basketball hoops are engineered to handle the journey. Built tough from the ground up, your Ryval system will arrive ready for installation and game-ready play.
